Description
An established manufacturer with a head office in Essex that supply made to measure staircases to an established trade customer base are seeking trainee Surveyors to join their busy team.
The job entails visiting residential refurbishment sites throughout London and the Southeast of England, taking detailed measurements and designing staircases to suit a customer's requirements on site.
Working days are Monday to Friday, hours flexible. Salary starting from £25,000-£30,000 with 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. A company vehicle is provided for the role along with the relevant measuring kit needed.
There will be a period of training alongside one of the company's Surveyors and you will be expected to travel into the factory a couple of days a week at the start.
Thereafter it will be all field based.
To be considered you will have good academics, and importantly - your CV will demonstrate an interest in the joinery or building industry or that you have held a role traveling to homes to measure and assess as property in some form.
Key responsibilities:
Salary will rise with experience. Senior surveyors recieve circa £40,000-£50,000 per annum
