Description and requirements:

Our Building Services team are looking for a Projects Administrator to join the team in our office in West Malling, Kent to be responsible for the coordination and delivery of a small works projects, working closely alongside the Assistant Project Manager (APM).

You'll:

Provide support for daytoday management of the Project Small Works, West team ensuring that all project documentation is filed online using internal system, updated in a timely manner and is readily available for use as required.
Support the Senior Project Manager in preparation and collation of weekly and monthly reports.
Develop and maintain internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets.
Prepare for and attend various Project Management and contractual meetings providing administrative duties including but not limited to:
Scheduling, preparing and formulising meeting agendas and participate within meetings

We're looking for:

A good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of software, Office 365, Teams and SharePoint.
Good Customer focus and telephone manner is essential along with the ability to work alone and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Evidence of working in a role requiring high volume data input.
