    Description

    PushON is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving our agency's continued growth and success within our integrated client services team.

    4 years minimum account management experience within a digital marketing/eCommerce agency

    • Excellent interpersonal skills essential – we're looking for someone with remarkable people skills who can build close-knit relationships with senior stakeholders
    • Maintaining good, healthy and proactive client relationships through regular phone and face-to-face meetings including relevant schmoozing activities to ensure the client loves you/PushON
    • Understand the commercials of agency life - maintaining profitability on client accounts, time management and discussing scope questions with clients proactively
    • Collaboratively working with the online marketing and web development teams to define the correct strategies and campaigns to meet the needs and objectives of the client
    • Working with team leads and project managers to ensure the correct level of client service is met each month
    • Overseeing the quality of service delivery in terms of efficiency and client satisfaction – using client sentiment tools, client satisfaction surveys and other methods (in collaboration with AD of Client Services)
    • Working with any client development plans and processes implemented by the agency to deliver long-term client relationships, including contract renewals and quarterly strategic review meetings
    • Maintaining and logging regular updates of client activity and interaction across CRM (Hubspot, Teamwork & Other), documenting key conversations, proposals, contracts, and client assets
    • Invoice reconciliation each month with Accounts
    • Reporting regularly to AD of Client Services on the status of your clients
    • Identifying and presenting new business opportunities to your portfolio of clients to grow agency revenue, which may include working with the sales, marketing and development teams to achieve this.
