    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Landscape Architect to join our team in the north/east offices (Leeds, Chesterfield, Cambridge). As a key member of our landscape architecture team, you will lead projects of various scales and types, from urban regeneration to environmental enhancement, collaborating with prestigious clients across different sectors.

    We are seeking individuals with expertise in landscape implementation, maintenance, and contract administration, particularly related to Environment Agency projects. Your role will involve managing landscape contracts, ensuring sustainability, and aligning with innovative practices.

    Minimum Requirements

    - Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
    - Fluency in English and effective communication skills
    - Expertise in UK legal and planning landscapes
    - Proficiency in landscape contracts and project management
    - Competency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud
    - Experience with relevant software such as ArcGIS and AutoCAD Civils 3D
    - Possession of a full UK driving license

    Job Responsibilities

    - Conduct site surveys
    - Manage landscape contracts and administration
    - Produce technical documentation and reports
    - Interact with clients and support senior staff
    - Engage in effective communication and collaboration
    - Mentor and guide junior staff
    - Work collaboratively within a design team
    - Adhere to AECOM standards and procedures
