THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting for an SME construction business, based within Rotherham.

Due to continuous growth they are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to cover the South Yorkshire region and sell homes to prospective buyers.

THE JOB:

The successful applicant will manage the residential portfolio covering the South Yorkshire region. Weekend working is required with a view to Tues/Wed off during the week which can be on a rota.

This could cover the Doncaster, Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherhamarea or travel further afield depending on experience of the successful applicant.

This is a strong customer relationship position requiring the successful applicant to build rapports with new and existing clients.

You will be required to meet clients on site and show them around properties and sites, deal with all enquiries, process paperwork and all other associated work.

This role will be based predominantley on site, as well as travelling to different plots. You will hold a drivers license and have access to your own car.

THE PERSON:

This role is open to experience, but is wanting someone to possess a strong drive to succedd as a Sales Negotiator.

Strong communication skills are imperative for this position as is a knowledge of the property market. It would be beneficial to have knowledgeand experience of the help-to-buy schemes.

Our client is open to someone who is keen to get into the sector, as well as someone who comes with more experience.

THE BENEFITS:

Salary is between £22,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. As well as offering above average benefits.
