Salary: HK$600,000 plus performance and bonus

Equity/Credit Sales Specialist required for expanding global investment business, based in London and Hong Kong. Should the successful candidate be hired in London, they will undergo a 3-6 month training/acclimatisation program with the intention of moving to Hong Kong before year end. We require an experienced salesperson specialising in Equities or Equities/Fixed Income client acquisition. We are offering an excellent fixed salary and incentive package for the right person. Our ideal candidate will have existing client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships.

Creating and maintaining a level of new opportunities through existing and new contacts to secure new business and contacts.

Achieving own targets of new deals and minimum fees.

Gain familiarity with internal software and processes to understand client exposure. Coding skills would be a positive.

Skill Requirements

5 Years experience in Equity Sales

Degree Educated

Driven Sales Ability

Proven experience of working in a sales related environment. Minimum 5 Years

Extensive knowledge of Equities and Equities Fixed Income products

History of excellent Client Acquisition / Retention
