Description

Due to a period of impressive growth and expansion, my forward-thinking client based just outside Sandwich is looking to recruit a dynamic and well-educated Assistant Accountant.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working to specific deadlinesyou will play a hugely important role in the continued success of this company.

This role will involve purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, prepayments and accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
You will also gain that exposure within management accounts.

A confident approach is essential with the ability to work on yourown but also a willingness to offer solutions and improvements to the current systems.

It is imperative that you have strong Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables. You must be reliable, highly numerate and methodical in prioritising your workload. Previous experience is essential, as is the attitude to succeed and progress. The minimumtechnical requirement for this opportunity is an AAT studier.
