    Hillsgreen are looking for a Paid Media Manager with a passion for audiences, ideally with agency experience, to work across multiple channels, with a primary focus on search and social.

    From devising paid media strategies to executing growth campaigns, this role collaborates across teams within the agency to support the delivery of client KPIs. Demonstrating a proactive attitude, you'll strive for ongoing enhancements in client performance, consistently challenging our approach to deliver excellence.

    As the paid media lead on your clients, you will be responsible for the forecasting, build and optimisation of accounts including identification of key trends and issue reporting. You will work closely with the relevant Account Manager on client issues regarding paid media ensuring that the client's needs are met with solutions that also balance the needs of the wider team. You will need to ensure that the client understands the actions being taken and how they relate to the wider success of the project.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media. Including, but not limited to, paid search, display, video, and social platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok). Ensuring Hillsgreen are consistently assessing performance and looking for new ways to maximise client ROI.
    • Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimisation – including research, strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimisation, budget management, and ad trafficking.
    • Ensure adequate processes/systems and tools are in place and being followed to achieve profitable delivery of our Performance Marketing products.
    • Write clear and concise briefs for other areas of the business on any projects/jobs/campaigns that you require assets or support with e.g. ad copywriting, creative
    • Work closely with the client services' team to troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs.
    • Identify optimisation opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
    • Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives, monitoring active campaigns on a daily basis to enable early identification of any issues.
    • Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to the client.
    • Working closely with client services, proactively and regularly look at client accounts to pinpoint areas of growth for both the client and Hillsgreen. Identifying areas that would help grow and develop a client's overall business goals and support our renewal and upsell opportunities.
    • Attend client meetings as required to take briefs and present research, campaigns or strategies.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and be sharing regularly with the wider team.
    • Support the growth and development of the Performance Marketing team, monitoring and identifying areas of development for individuals and the wider team. Support will be required to upskill team members.
    • Develop and grow relationships with freelance talent to ensure smooth delivery of all performance marketing campaigns in their remit.
    • Support with the new business pipeline into the agency, helping with the build of strategies and forecasts of campaigns, projects and retainers. This will include delivery of presentations and pitches.

    To succeed in this role you will have:

    • A minimum of 5 years paid media experience
    • Experience with both search and social
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing
    • An audience first mindset
    • A creative mind/out of the box thinking
    • A strategic approach with ability to assess campaign data and deliver insight
    • Experience working within a B2B marketing agency (B2C experience is also and advantage)
    • Strong commercial knowledge
