A successful and growing Software company in London are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will be working alongside the Head of Customer Success and will involve managing the entire lifecycle of a particular segment of Enterprise clients and will shaping the success strategy to build a team and grow from within.

The ideal candidate must have a background and experience working in Sales and Success, and in an international SaaS, Web or Tech company.

Take on new accounts, onboard and adopt processes, increasing product usage within their organisations
Lead online Webinars and demos to educate clients on product features and best practices
Implement strategies to reduce churn and identify at risk clients
Experience working for an international SaaS, Web or Tech company
