Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Help with meal planning and preparation
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
  • Escort clients to appointments and outings
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes

Skills:


  • Ability to provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Knowledge of medication administration procedures
  • Strong organizational skills for meal planning and light housekeeping tasks
  • Ability to provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Good observation skills to monitor client's condition and report any changes

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£10.42-£11.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 28 per week
