    Description

    We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our FM Technical Services Team based in Plymouth.

    Location: Plymouth - with travel to sites in the surrounding areas.

    Contract: Full Time - Permanent. 40 hours per week with overtime and call out when required.

    What will you be responsible for?

    As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the FM Technical Services team, supporting them in Maintenance and repairs across a Hard Services Contract.

    Your day to day will include:

    • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive callouts and minor projects on all associated electrical equipment, general fault finding and repairs to electrical assets and services.
    • Maintaining up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals both hard copy files and electronic
    • Participation within an out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours
    • Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and clients, customers and work as part of a team

    What are we looking for?

    This role of Electrical Engineer is great for you if:

    • You have your 18th Edition along with 2391 / 2382
    • You have experience within Fault finding, rectification, planned maintenance of single-phase power, distribution boards LV, emergency lighting.
    • You have a background in Commercial maintenance.
    • You have a full, clean driving license.
