    Description

    We are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to work on our A303 project at Stonehenge.

    We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.

    You'll be working on.... (what your role and responsibility is)
    • Ensure the team work in a safe, profitable, planned manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality product and service.
    • Deliver the project works from start to finish and carrying out safety and quality audits.
    • To develop and maintain positive relationships with teams and clients.
    • Promote and protect the Octavius Infrastructure reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values.
    • Lead by example by promoting the collaborative culture throughout the site team, including suppliers and customers.
    • Be responsible for safety first culture onsite.

    A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across a variety of frameworks with clients such as National Highways and various local authorities.

    • Highly organised, excellent planning and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising on safety, standards and quality.
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
    • Safety first mindset, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks including those associated with working within the roads and highways environment.
    • Tech savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
    • Problem solver with the ability to both question designs and produce/explain accurate plans and drawings.
    You'll bring... (your wealth of experience & qualifications)
    • A Civil, Structural, or Construction Management background on National Highways infrastructure and a good understanding of multi-disciplined projects to include groundworks, surfacing, Section 278 works.
    • Ideally you'll have worked for a for a tier 1 contracting group or sub-contractor.
    • HNC or Degree in engineering or Construction Management.
    • SMSTS Ticket.
