Role Overview
The Assistant role is based within the Travel Retail UK Division for our client

Reporting to Commercial Team.


This role is responsible for:

  • HR related topics & support to the Field teams (recruiting, onboarding, compliance and IT&HR Projects)
  • Finance support (Bas & Field Managers expenses file follow up, Booking Forms)
  • Visual & merchandising update
  • Logistics control, testers and animation PLV orders
  • Training support on printing, decoration & travel organisation
- ad hoc projects as required by the business.

Your key job accountabilities

  • HR support:
  • Recruitment, Retail & Compliance onboarding
  • Administrative processes and procedures
  • Align with local market policies.
  • Coordinate Group projects
  • Finance support:
  • Consolidating payroll files and Bas expenses
  • Field Manager expenses consolidation and tracking
  • Secure update of booking forms and its correct guidelines
  • Visual and merchandising
  • Communicate to BAS visual strategy per brand and axis
  • Consolidate incidence and liaise with merchandising supplier + Paris Merchandising teams
  • Logistics control, testers andPLV Orders
  • Upload orders (testers regular orders)
  • Track orders and delivery
  • Training support
  • Printing materials
  • Decoration
  • Travel organisation
  • Adhoc reports based on needs of business with the Hub Business Manager / Regional Business Manager

The network you would work with
Team in Paris - Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Commercial.

Team in UK - Regional Manager field teams, Regional training teams, HR Team UK, IT Team UK, Suppliers.

Essential skills required
Intermediate level in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Attention to detail

Autonomy

Ability to work as individual and as part of a team.

Time Management, ability to manage changing and competing priorities within tight deadlines

Good communication (written and verbal) skills

Project management skills
