Infrastructure Engineer - Contract - (Outside IR35)

You will be working on a variety Platform and Infrastructure projects and will be responsible for helping to deliver the end to end enterprise IT infrastructure strategy and vision.

Working alongside a mix of internal resources and third-party suppliers across architecture, engineering, delivery and support, you will be part of a team responsible for infrastructure services including cloud hosting, networking, infrastructure applications and end-user computing at a third line level.

Hold a minimum of 5 years Windows server management experience
# Previous experience working in mixed on-premise/cloud environments including Azure and AWS
# Be familiar with Infrastructure technologies and tools, such as VMWare ESXi, Google workspace, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS/LLMNR, Microsoft SCCM, Meraki wifi, and Cisco VPN
# Be willing to rapidly learn new technologies outside of your current skill set and have an understanding of enterprise network architectures including LAN, WAN, VPN, routing and switching, and firewalls
# Experienced in writing, testing and deploying Powershell scripts
# An understanding of enterprise best practice infrastructure management with a desire to include the use of automation/orchestration, telemetry, DR, monitoring, and logging to improve services
# Working knowledge of current and future information security threats and the best way to prevent
