Our clients within the Education Sector are looking for a Service Assurance Analyst to join their team on a 24 month FTC.

This role would be on a hybrid basis consisting of 2 days on site in Manchester and a further 3 days WFH.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience of co-ordinating/managing Service Design and Service Transition activities for new and changed services
Experience of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to successfully onboard all new and changed solutions delivered into the production environment
A demonstrable understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management and Information and Governance
Understanding of ITIL
Experience of project delivery and working within a governance framework
