• Championof Lettings: Lead the charge in showing off our HMOscrafting deals that make everyone feel likewinners.
• CustomerService Wizard: Wave your magic wand to providestellar service turning enquiries into happyhomes.
• Guardianof Compliance: Ensure our practices are as polishedas ourproperties.
• Relationships:Build bridges and forge friendships with landlords tenants andcontractors.
• GoalGetter: With targets as your treasure map seek outsuccess satisfaction and a bit of sparkle in everything youdo.

TheIdealCandidate

• Abackground in lettings with a special spot in your heart for HMOs(not essential)
• A communicator of thehighest order able to chat charm and negotiate with the best ofthem.
• A selfstarter whofinds motivation in milestones and thrives on the thrill of thechase.
• Organised attentiveand slightly psychic when it comes to anticipatingneeds.
• A bit of a legaleagle with knowledge of property law and HMO compliance (notmandatory but definitely aplus).
• Driving licenseholder ready toroam.
