Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise mechanical maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and inspections.
Manage a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and prioritise tasks.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
