    7. Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and building relationships with prospective clients.
    8. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and growth.

    Qualifications:

    1. Master's or PhD degree in Economics, Finance, or related field from a reputable institution.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in economic consulting, economic research, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading client engagements and delivering impactful results.
    3. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in econometric and statistical analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
    5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively.
    6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients in a team-oriented environment.
    7. Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
    8. Proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages (e.g., Stata, R, Python) preferred.
