Job Title:
IT Support Engineer - 3rd Line

Location:
Bridgend, Wales

Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 + £3.5K Training Package, 28 Days Holiday, Health Scheme & Flexible Working

Installation/configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of network hardware and software.
Supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading all office systems and associated software.
Provide remote and local technical assistance to users.
Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
Research new technologies and make recommendations.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults.
Setting up and configuring new laptops/PCs and peripherals.
