    Description
    Oracle's Software Assurance organization aims to make application security and software assurance a reality on a large scale.

    We are a diverse team of skilled data science and ML researchers and engineers spread worldwide, who enjoy tackling new challenges.

    We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with expertise in Recommender Systems, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision to join our expanding group of multidisciplinary data science and ML professionals.

    As a Senior Data Scientist, you will collaborate closely with technical and research teams on innovative projects involving advanced ML applications for the organization.

    This role involves working on groundbreaking projects, engaging with experienced professionals, communicating with internal and external leadership teams, and showcasing critical thinking, exceptional communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to lead and cooperate with other technical professionals.

    - BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields
    - Minimum 5 years of practical experience in developing and implementing ML solutions, with a focus on computer science or related fields
    - Solid grasp of CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
    - Proficient in software development with hands-on coding experience
    - Expertise in modern deep learning concepts such as Generative AI models, FCN, CNN, RNN, Autoencoders, Transformers, and Large Language Models (LLM)
    - Ability to translate analytical problems into research-backed solutions using advanced ML techniques
    - Experience in technical writing, project documentation, or technical publications
    - MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields
    - Familiarity with Learning to Rank models, recommender systems (particularly deep learning-based systems), computer vision models, and Generative AI models
    - Familiarity with serverless architecture, ML model hosting strategies, and model testing methods

    **Travel Requirement:**
    - The role will involve approximately 50% travel to Reading, UK
