We are seeking two customer focussed Visitor Experience Assistants with experience working in a visitor environment to join our professional team based at STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway.

Your next role


You will be responsible for ensuring that the Museum is safe, clean and secure by following all systems in terms of H&S, security, financial and customer care.

16.83 hours per week
Week - Wed 09:30-17:00 & Sun 10:30-16:00
Week - Fri 09:30-17:30 & Sat 09:30-17:00 & Sun 10:30-16:00
Week 3- Thurs 09:30-17:00, Fri 08:00-17:00

Post B
15.00 hours per week
Week- Fri 09:30-17:30 & Sun 10:30-16:00

Week - Thurs 08:00-17:00

Week - Thurs 08:00-17:00 & Sat 09:30-17:30 & Sun 10:30-16:00


You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
