What does the role look like?
General Managers at Elis are leaders and aspirational commercial operators.

In this role, you will work closely with an established team of operational heads, and your partnership with our sales managers in the region will contribute to the growth and profitabilityof the location.

As part of the role, you will ensure operationally we can support the growth in customer numbers and revenue, and still deliver exceptional service and aftercare.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a headcount of c70 employees on a Monday - Friday operation, you will have full P&L responsibility and commercially steer the plant to continue its growth trajectory in 2023 and beyond.

You will be given the support and most importantly the freedom to nurture and grow this important location within the Elis UK business.
