    Job Brief:
    A leading engineering company based in Nottinghamshire are looking to recruit a Business Manager to join their team.

    The Business Manager will work with the team to ensure sales revenue and profit budgets are achieved and aligned with a positive customer experience.


    Duties Include:

    • Managing the day to day business including the facility
    • Managing a team by creating personal development plans
    • Establishing relationships and regular communication with strategic partners to ensure required parts availability, best pricing, relevant incentives, and supportive tools
    • Working with the Parts team to ensure the correct stock levels are in place to meet the business demand.
    • Working with Aftersales, identify and engage new sales opportunities
    • Addressing and concluding customer concerns promptly according to company guidelines
    • Identifying marketing opportunities and communicate/deliver with the Marketing Manager
    • Analysing sales and overheads, adjusting sales plans and margins to ensure the delivery of budgeted profit
    • Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities
    • Adhering to health and safety policy and promote good practice through the team

    Skills Required:

    • Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar role

    • Experience of working relationships with manufacturers / partners in a management or similar role

    • High attention to detail In return you will be offered a salary of £45,000 - £48,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:15am to 4:45pm with 1 hour for lunch; this is based full time in the office. Also, you will be offered 20 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service #J-18808-Ljbffr
