    Description


    This is a new and exciting position to create and implement, from the start, a digital marketing strategy for a range of pet/vet products new to the UK from a leading and well established company based in Europe.

    Animus has recently secured sole UK distribution rights for the product ranges from Vet Expert.

    You will plan and oversee all digital channels selecting the best format for sales in Amazon and to the veterinary profession through their wholesaler channel.

    You will be expected to have proven experience and success as a Marketing Manager in a related industry with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media and analytics.

    In particular success in e-commerce and Amazon sales is ideal.

    You will have the drive and ability to work hard on your own and take initiative, plan and make decisions.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for using the extensive marketing content already in place by the brand and reaching out to pet owners and vets through social media campaigns.

    You will help create a strong brand presence. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

    The main office is based in Bath and so the post is ideally suited for a candidate working remotely and based between Bristol and London so that regular meetings can be arranged.

    The sales team are based in Surrey.

    Animus Surgical main current lines are supplying suture materials and wound healing products to the veterinary profession via the veterinary wholesalers.

    Knowledge and/or love of pets and the pet market would be ideal.

    This is a fun and exciting start up post where you can plan from the beginning and make your mark.

    Product training will be provided in the UK and/or Poland.
    The post is likely to be 2-3 days a week at a very competitive salary.
