- Work with our Facilities hub to ensure we are acting in the best interest of our clients at all times.
- Look for opportunities to drive efficiencies in our facilities.
- Be responsible for the issuance and collation of contracts as needed with assistance from our legal team
- An advanced Insurance knowledge
- Minimum five years working in an Insurance business environment
- Experience in dealing with contracts would be useful but not essential as full training will be provided.
- The majority of our colleagues work in a "hybrid" style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and "hybrid" is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Please note we are flexible as to where in the UK this role can be based.As a member of the GB Retail Facility team, you will manage a number of our facilities and also ensuring we are undertaking the governance needed for these facilities.
Interacting with our facility Insurer partners to ensure we are maintaining excellent working relationships and handling contract negotiations.Collaborating with the client service teams to pipeline cases onto the facilities where it is in the best interests of our clients.
