Role Summary:

The Business Improvement Manager will be instrumental in driving strategic growth by implementing change and improvement across all business areas.

This involves developing a comprehensive plan that aligns the company's strategic goals with operational activities, and leading an extensive improvement program aimed at boosting delivery performance, labour efficiency, product quality, and working capital.

Coaching and training staff at all levels, including senior leadership.
Facilitating the use of key performance indicators and reports.

Strong data management and KPI delivery skills.
