Description

An ambitious market leading law firm are looking to add a Lead Venture Builder to their newly formed innovation hub to launch exciting new propositions into the legal tech space.

This is a brand new position in the firm that will have a significant impact on delivering the innovation strategy whilst helping the firm's people get their initiatives and projects off the ground.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the incubator team to ensure they have the right skills, stay engaged, and deliver high-quality work.
• Working with different groups and regions to assess new ideas and turn them into viable business plans.
• Handling support, funding, and oversight for chosen projects, making sure they align with expectations and can be adjusted as needed.

Required Skillset:

• 8-10 years' experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or consulting, with a focus on large-scale projects in complex settings.
• Previous experience managing teams in client-facing roles and influencing stakeholders for important decisions.
• Strong abilities in client engagement, strategic thinking, innovation, and organizational adaptability, with a history of achieving results and driving change.
