To support the business' high growth agenda, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Executive to join this fast-growing food business.

Reporting to the Marketing Director you will support in the development and delivery of the brand strategy.

Role/Responsibilities as Marketing Executive:

Develop and implement the annual brand plan.
Content creation.
Trade Marketing support.
Manage ad hoc campaigns e.g., Nectar360, influencer campaigns.
Monthly tracking of brand, category, and competitors.
Seek, summarise, and interpret category insights
Support Marketing Director on consumer insights and NPD / EPD ideation.
Support on design and artwork projects, taking the lead on agreed projects.
Establishing and maintaining the asset library.

What we are looking for in a Marketing Executive:

Educated to degree level
Results oriented, seeker of innovative solutions, driver of continuous improvement.
Strong bias for action, a high degree of personal accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Creative and proactive about looking for & proposing new ideas.
Able to work independently with mínimal direct supervision/leadership.
Prior experience of using various data sources, including EPOS, Nielsen, Kantar, would be advantageous.
Full Driving licence and happy to travel to manufacturers, copackers, agencies and trade shows.
