    Yellow 42 Recruitment are working on behalf of a vibrant 4-Star Hotel Brand, dedicated to providing great tasting hearty food in Glasgow City Centre.

    The Sous Chef will help oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and planning.

    Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of skill and professionalism whilst maintaining inventory levels and minimising waste.

    Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.

    Strong knowledge and control of all Food Safety and Food Hygiene regulations and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    A competitive salary is on offer for the Sous Chef role and any overtime will be paid by the hour.
