    HEAD OF PEOPLE

    Location: On-site, City of London

    Part-Time: 3 days per week (flexible on days)

    Salary: £45,000 (£75,000 Full-Time Equivalent) + Discretionary 20% Bonus Based on Personal & Financial Performance

    About the Role

    MRG has been instructed by a Residential Property Investment company to hire a Head of People. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, the ideal HR professional will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and driving its growth strategy. They will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess the creativity and resilience to overcome challenges. This role requires a strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute day-to-day HR responsibilities effectively.

    Support the Company's Growth Strategy: Drive the company's growth strategy through strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with its business objectives.

    Leverage Existing Resources Creatively: Innovate and collaborate with leaders to identify and implement creative people solutions that add value to the organisation.

    Foster a High-Performing Culture: Cultivate a high-performing culture that promotes employee engagement, performance, and growth.

    Clarify and Showcase the Employee Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the employee value proposition, engaging employees to understand and address their needs effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquisition and Performance:
    • talent acquisition efforts, emphasising creative sourcing campaigns for attracting top talent.

    People Platform:

    • people strategies, policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.
    • as a People Advisor, providing HR support, including employee relations.

    • with Brand & Marketing to enhance employer and employee branding.

    To Be Considered

    • years' experience in senior HR roles (Head of HR, HR Manager/Senior Business Partner/Talent Acquisition Leader).
    • success in leading talent acquisition efforts.
    • understanding of employee relations and change management.
    • interpersonal and communication skills.
