- Managing a team of lift engineers which will be focusing on modernisation projects.
- Working in partnership with the project manager, to provide them with technical information around modernisation projects to ensure that they're building effective project plans.
- Support your team by acting as an SME, weather this is providing technical assistance to the engineers or supporting project managers and internal stakeholders with key technical information needed to ensure a timely completion of projects.
- Ideally be educated to NVQ level 3 in Lift engineering or equivalent.
- Great management, coaching and mentoring experience. Able to provide feedback to a competent team of engineers and drive them to ensure they're at the best of their ability.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written, able to breakdown and explain complex technical terms and jargon to non-technical individuals.
