Leading Sussex law firm looking for Litigation Assistant/CILEX/Solicitor to undertake a busy and varied workload, an impressive record of bringing in new business and are continuing to expand and grow across the Southeast.

The Role

Areas of Civil/Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution you will be dealing with include:

  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant
  • Professional negligence
  • Building disputes
  • Franchise disputes
  • General contract disputes
  • Partnership disputes
  • Debt recovery Insolvency (Corporate and personal)
  • Contentious Probate
  • Mixed caseload Experience of case preparation
  • Legal research and legal drafting experience
  • Business development and networking skills
The Person

Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in all aspects of litigation matters
Attention to detail
