You will have previous experience with purchase ledger and be able to build excellent relationships with people internally and externally.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our finance team in Royston.

You will work on all aspects of purchase ledger, playing a vital role in the monthly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts.

You will be working in a supportive, friendly, busy environment, where you will be exposed to a range of different tasks and responsibilities.

This is a great role for someone looking to grow their purchase ledger experience, work in a supportive team while working for an expanding, innovative company.

This role is based at our site in Royston |near Cambridge|.


What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Full responsibility of the purchase ledger and verification of accuracy of all postings including full accountability of end of year records.
  • Processing of planned and unplanned invoices in accordance with Sartorius authorisation and approval structure via SAP X-Flow system.
  • Preparing month end accounts payable reconciliations including reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Setup and amend Vendor records within the SAP system.
  • Working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Working on a variety of different tasks, prioritising throughout the process.
