A leading manufacturer in consumer and commercial electronics, who provided specialised products and services, to a diverse range of specifiers across the UK and Worldwide.

Are now looking to add to their team and appoint a field-based
Heating Engineer.

As a
Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for all heating product technical support as well as installation. This role is 'hands-on', will also have a vast amount of service, installation, and commissioning.

Your main responsibilities as a
Heating Engineer, will be but not limited to

  • Have an intimate knowledge of heating products and a complete understanding of the technology
  • Commission heating systems in line with company procedures
  • Onsite technical support to resolve complex operational issues and project management of heating installations
  • Participate in the technical helpdesk to support Installers and Service Engineers
  • Provide warranty support for all products
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications required for a
Heating Engineer

  • Solid experience in the Heating Heat Pump market. (Engineering or other relevant technical based qualifications are desirable)
  • Has technical and product awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of working to KPIs and Service Level Agreements
  • Able to be flexible and develop quality, customerfocused targets, and service

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE + Bonus Incentive after qualifying period
