We are currently working with an award-winning charity based in Central London to recruit for an exciting new HR Advisor position

The successful post holder will provide high quality support to a busy HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to progress with their career through HR


Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with hiring managers and advise on with the endtoend recruitment process including Developing recruitment campaigns, Organising interviews and managing the onboarding process
  • Arrange necessary training for employees including creating training plans and training new starters
  • Provide the monthly payroll update
  • Support managers with various capability and performance management issues, including investigations, grievances and disciplinaries
  • Create, organise, and maintain employee files and records on BreatheHR
  • Be first point of contact for all HR queries to advise and manage including managing the HR and recruitment inbox

Person Specification:

  • Significant knowledge of human resource management theory and practice
  • Experience in advising and supporting managers in employee relation cases, and recruitment and training
  • Working knowledge of employment law and GDPR
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as experience using HR systems
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written and listening
  • Experience working within the notfor profit sector (Desirable)
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (Desirable)

Salary:
£18-22 per hour


Contract Type:
Temporary (Minimum of 6-month initial contract)


Working Pattern:
Part-time (Hybrid)
