Type: Maternity Cover up to 12 months
Working Pattern : Onsite - 10am-10pm 4 days on 4 days off

The Role Scope
Monitoring on-site operations as assigned, to ensure performance standards are maintained
Running daily team meetings and conducting regular 1 to 1 meetings with Supervisors
Assisting with the on-boarding and development of Supervisors, Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives
Dealing with staffing issues across shift and w orking with agency partners to meet demand
Maintaining quality processes including pick, pack and despatch operation
Evaluating operatives to enhance their KPI performance, development and work productivity
Communicating and presenting information on key performance metrics to necessary parties
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are clear, monitored and strictly followed
Monitoring holidays, absence levels and process
About You
Great proven experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain sectors
To be a strong team player and natural at motivating others
Proven previous experience as a manager, involving sizable teams
The ability to train, coach, and mentor others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
The ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
To be a quick thinker with a problem solving attitude who makes effective decisions in a fast paced environment
