Job roles & Responsibilities:

Account Director:

-To manage the PR & Talent team efficiently, ensuring work is completed within a timely manner, to an exceptional standard

-Maintain and develop a strong company culture alongside the Senior Leadership Team

-Create account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution

-Drive the acquisition of new business

-To oversee client budgets ensuring we're optimising profitability whilst providing a high quality service

-To build strong relationships with all clients, becoming a key point of contact

-To optimise team structure and planning, to ensure we're working efficiently

-Monitor, track and report new business pipeline and ongoing revenue on a monthly basis

-To support the Managing Director with the overarching business growth strategy
