    About Us

    LS Legal Solicitors are a multi-service law practice based in the City of London. Being a small but agile busy firm, we provide advice across range of various legal matters including immigration matters. Clients include businesses, private individuals and HNW individuals.

    The Role and Requirements

    Due to expansion we are looking for a forward thinking, dynamic leader to join our immigration team. We are looking for anImmigration Solicitorwith the following experience:

    At least 1 year of PQE in immigration in the following fields:

    1. Innovator Founder visa

    2. Start-Up Visa

    3. Global Talent Visa

    4. Graduate Visa

    5. Sponsor Licence Application and Skilled Worker Visa

    6. Family and Human Rights applications

    7. Applications under EUSS

    8. Drafting representation letters and witness statements while working on complex cases

    The successful candidate

    • Should be possessing a meticulous, focused approach and excellent time management skills
    • Should be technically astute, with excellent client care skills
    • Should have the ability to explain complex matters in clear, empathetic language
    • Should have excellent drafting skills
    • Should have exceptional knowledge of the Immigration Rules, Policies, Regulations
    • Should deal with a broad range of Immigration cases
    • Should be organised and be able to manage own caseload
    • Could be bilingual – Russian language is an advantage
    • Could be with the experience in civil litigation
