    Harper James has a great opportunity for an Business Administration Apprentice to join a busy, successful and Business Development team.

    The role will be office based at our Sheffield office working as part of a supportive and thriving sales team and also supporting other areas of the business.

    Harper James is a national commercial law firm designed to support entrepreneurial businesses from start-up to exit. We aspire to disrupt the model for which legal services are provided to businesses. The firm's innovative approach to delivering highly tailored and accessible legal advice is considered genuinely different to the establishment.

    This financial year, more than 120 people will support more than 2,500 businesses and our turnover will exceed £13m.

    Maintain records of completed client's engagement documents on HubSpot and any associated hygiene.
    Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.
    Keeping databases and spreadsheets up to date with accurate information.
    Hot desk/meeting room bookings for the office.
    Monitor office stationery levels.
    General office inquiries.


    Compliance monitoring:
    Support compliance monitoring and regulatory adherence.
    Assisting with planned and ad hoc compliance administrative tasks.

    As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to play an important part in supporting our busy team within an environment with no politics, no bureaucracy and working with a great team of people who all play a fundamental part in the success and continued growth of the business.

    You will be supported by Babington and enrolled on their Business Administrator Level 3 Course.

    This advanced apprenticeship has been designed to help professionals form in-depth knowledge of the industry and business environment in which they work.

    You will be working full time Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm with two mornings or afternoons dedicated to 6 hours of study time.

    Excellent IT skills and strong Microsoft 365 experience.
    Maths and English GCSE's (grades A-C)
