    Description

    Join our team as a Parts Administrator at our bustling Service Office We're seeking a proactive, customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

    Who are we?

    In 1988, JY Group commenced its journey by offering post-market solutions, including car alarms, immobilizers, car phone kits, and electrical diagnostics, catering to both car dealerships and individual clients. Over the years, our growth has been remarkable. Presently, our skilled team of mobile technicians serves the entire Northwest region, specialising in diverse services like towbar installations, parking assistance systems, witness cams, and in-car entertainment setups.
    Situated centrally in Rossendale, our well-equipped workshop serves as a strategic hub for efficiently managing and maintaining extensive commercial contracts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaising with suppliers and customers, scheduling work, and assisting shop customers.
    • Processing orders, conducting stock checks, returning stock, providing pricing quotes, and following up on quotations.
    • Delivering prompt and professional responses to telephone enquiries.
    • Collaborating effectively with colleagues while maintaining a professional demeanour.
    • Prioritising tasks efficiently and making informed decisions.
    • Working harmoniously as part of a team or independently, as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Previous experience in Parts/Sales Administration is preferred.
