    We believe in learning on the job, so from day 1 you will be supporting the execution of searches by, researching the market, the sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, participating in update calls, preparing update documents and supporting market mapping activity.

    Whilst being given these initial responsibilities, it is expected that you will find ways to develop yourself and demonstrate a thirst for learning, alongside the formal training you will receive.

    ResponsibilitiesMarket research / Talent research / Customer research and analysisInitial candidate screening and qualification interviewingData entry – our CRM is the backbone of the organization; we must ensure that all data is tracked accurately in the system, so we have clear record of all interactions with clients and candidates.

    The role of the Associate is to ensure that all introductions, candidate and search records are always 100% accurate.

    Scheduling calls – coordinate candidate calls with clients and internal ECR Global search leadsData mining – source contact information for potential clients and candidates and update the CRM system accordinglyPerform desk research and market mapping – utilize research platforms such as Linkedin and our large candidate database to identify potential candidates for a search, assess the market factors that may impact the search, share results with search leadsSourcing and screening candidates – upon successful completion of phone training, screen potential candidates and present those meeting the qualifying criteria to the search lead.

    Ensure all notes are up to date in the CRM systemSupport the creation of update decks and another search materialSupport client update calls and briefing – take notes during client update calls, ensure actions are captured accuratelyContinued market research on ECR key clients' news, announcements and business areasSelf-directed learning about key roles and responsibilities, company pools and client competitor marketsBuilding/updating of candidate talent pools / Hotlists based on ECR Global searchesTarget Client Decision Maker Mapping for candidate marketing researchPitch opportunities to candidates and pitch candidates to consultantsRequired experienceRecruitment industry resourcing / research experienceStrong with data entry onto computerOutstanding phone skills and communicatorResearch & Market MappingA curious mind, keen to learn, and an outgoing engaging personality are the most important ingredients needed to achieve success.

    This role would be ideal for an energetic personality, who enjoys learning and wants to make a difference with one or two years full time work experience.
