    This hybrid role be responsible for defending and increasing and revenue alongside senior members of our Construction and Engineering Global Practice Group and MEC team.

    This hybrid role be responsible for defending and increasing and revenue alongside senior members of our Construction and Engineering Global Practice Group and MEC team.

    Analysing clients' reinsurance requirements via collecting and analyse information to identify risk transfer solutions.
    Negotiating the best prices and marketing drawing on existing knowledge and expertise.

    Reviewing and quality checking reinsurance documentation at a pre-determined stage in the process to establish whether the selected product accurately reflects clients' reinsurance requirements.

    On-going client satisfaction, including resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways.
    Supporting project groups and contributing to business strategies to deliver strategic growth initiatives and competitive tenders.

    Minimum of 5 years of appropriate reinsurance broking or technical and analytical underwriting experience including project and account management experience on mid to large accounts.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
