    Business Development Manager - Broker Sales

    As a Business Development Manager - Broker Sales, you will

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with Broker, Insurer, and MGA partners
    • Present compelling business propositions to key decision-makers within partner organizations
    • Increase awareness of our client's offerings within the Retail and Commercial Broker sectors
    • Drive sales of Automotive products and services, facilitating partner agreements
    • Lead joint business planning initiatives, defining clear strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track partner interactions and sales activities
    • Monitor and report on the performance of partner projects, gathering insights for continuous improvement
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth

    Qualifications:

    • Experience within the Motor - personal or commercial lines broker sectors (Experience with MGAs is advantageous)
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners in the B2B insurance channel
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience using HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
    • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset
