Duties and responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts including calculation of accruals and prepayments
Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns for UK business and bimonthly VAT returns for the republic of Ireland business
Reconciliation of GBP, USD, and Euro company bank accounts
Responsible for purchase of foreign currency and foreign supplier payments
Management of ROI purchase ledger and payments
Preparation of cash flow forecasts
Analysis of sales and calculation of sales rebates
Monthly stock reconciliation
Management of company credit card and analysis of expenditure
Maintenance of fixed asset register
Preparation and posting of weekly and monthly payroll costs journal
Provide cover for SAGE payroll access
