    This is a unique opportunity to join us at Arnold Hill Spencer Academy. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational full time permanent, Teacher of Design and Technology, and welcome applications from Teachers with experience in all material areas within Design & Technology who are also able to operate within a dynamic and forward-thinking team who are focused on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences for students across the 11-18 age range.

We aim to raise student aspirations to achieve personal and academic excellence and to ensure they have the skills, confidence and resilience to become passionate life-long learners with the desire to fulfil their potential and more. The successful candidates will join a successful and supportive faculty, with a focus on innovation and sharing good practice. We are looking for a teacher who has a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and who has the ability to engage and motivate students. You will be expected to teach across both KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of also teaching at KS5. We would welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified teachers with any Design and Technology specialism.

Student attainment and progress is above national average at GCSE and well above average at A Level.
