Role Requirements
About our Bright Futures Graduate Programme This unique graduate programme includes a Master's level Apprenticeship that underpins your learning and supports you to achieve ACCA qualifications and Chartered Accountancy status

What we need from you We want your individualism, capability, and desire to succeed to shine through.

If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time to become a qualified finance professional, then that's an advantage.

You will also need to be a final year student on track to obtaining at least a 2.1 bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

Responsibilities
What you can expect Through our rotation plan?

You will have the opportunity to experience most of our key financial roles, they include:

  • Financial Business Partnering with 4 prime business functions
  • Financial Analysis in 3 optimum departments
  • Financial Control & Expenses
  • UK Financial Strategy
  • Group Financial & Regulatory Reporting

The Individual


We'll encourage you to develop innovative ways of working across our diverse finance functions, support the growth in your financial and commercial skills to support maintaining our leading position in the market.

Our busy finance teams operate from our London Head Office and our Liverpool office so this programme includes a rotation every 12 months between the 2 sites which we will support you through whilst giving you access to excellent benefits as part of your career development, including:

  • Comprehensive development plan to include training of key skills
  • Facilitated learning & development with guest speaker sessions
  • Quarterly networking and community events
