As Production Coordinator at Currys, you will be responsible for supporting the Creative and Content team with the delivery of all Currys creative across CRM, Social, Retail, and Copywriting.
Your responsibility will be within the Creative Production team and point person for the retail team and point of sale team.
You will be practised at setting up robust processes and systems to keep the studio running effectively and talents thriving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the artworkers and copywriters in their day to day of running projects.
- Ensuring all jobs are delivered on time and following the right delivery & clearance process.
- Maintaining delivery logs and tracking of projects
- Working closely with artworking team to ensure they have assets / content they need in creative & production stages.
- Ensuring all formal and informal production meetings are scheduled.
- Maintaining team documents including resource and project trackers.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to capture content, ensure specs and formats are correct for various outputs and distribute material & information in a timely & effective manner.
- Quality control throughout the process and understand everything about the brand. Stays ahead of all updates and changes required.
- Management of department relationship with all Marketing Channels, Got To Market and Commercial Squads up to Grade 6
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be able to work autonomously and as part of team Highly organised, manages time, priorities effectively, easily able to demonstrate successful multitasking
- Good working knowledge of all creative disciplines within the department
- Good understanding of workflow management tools/software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience working within a creative environment
- A cando attitude and approachability; demonstrates a flexible, solution orientated and proactive approach and is a great teammate
- Great interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide range of contacts.
- Highly organised, manages time, prioritises effectively, easily able to demonstrate successful multitasking and ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Selfsufficient and able to work alone, but good at managing up
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment/calmly under pressure
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external partners
