We have been instructed by a prestigious US firm in London on a new role for a junior to mid-level Associate to join its Corporate Private Equity and M&A practice and to focus on infrastructure matters.

The team in London works with private equity funds and other investors on a range of corporate matters within the umbrella of infrastructure assets, such as transport, energy, utilities, and technology.

Whilst Private Equity experience would be an advantage, the partners are also open to broader Corporate M&A and ECM experience from a leading international firm.

The firm is able to offer elite-level work in the PE infrastructure sector, along with a Cravath-level salary and excellent prospects as they do make up from within the London office.
