    A leading safety specialist is seeking a Senior Bid Writer / Manager to join its team. The role is split between writing compelling bid content and leading the bid team.

    Responsibilities – Bid Writing / Management:

    • Source new tendering opportunities
    • Working with senior management on bid go / no go decisions
    • Writing compelling content for both quality and technical bid responses
    • Engage with other departments to secure information for the bid
    • Lead lessons learned reviews
    Responsibilities – Team Leadership:
    • Coordinate the activity of the bid team
    • Support the development of the bid team
    • Promote bid best practice throughout the team and wider business
    Required Skills / Experience:
    • Experience of bid management and bid writing
    • Team leadership skills, ideally within the bid environment
    • Experience of construction, FM, utilities or building maintenance sectors would be advantageous
