Business Support Officer

Role Overview:


To provide support the Business Management team in providing timely, accurate data for the Emirates Air Line and London River Services businesses.

This role will also ensure that all relevant procurement processes are followed, taking responsibility forensuring that all relevant invoices are paid on time.

Role Overview:

1) Report daily/weekly customer volumes as appropriate for EAL and LRS, providing insight into business performance for the EAL and LRS team.

2) Compile the customer KPI data on a weekly/periodic basis for reporting internally and externally. Provide commentary where appropriate in terms of trends observed.

3) Complete various aspects of the financial and commercial procurement process, ensuring TfL guidelines are followed and ensuring that business needs are met.

4) Support the Performance and Analytics Manager with the compilation of data for FOI/Mayor's Questions requests, ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to for responses.

5) Provide a first point of contact for internal and external requests for complimentary tickets or visits to EAL or LRS business areas.

6) Develop a calendar of events that covers the Emirates Air Line and London River Services, highlighting key internal and external factors that may impact the business.

7) Produce ad-hoc reporting and general analysis when required, allowing improved decision making across EAL and LRS.
